These terms form an agreement between you and Shenzhen YuanASI Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") regarding your use of yuanasi.com (the "site"). By accessing or using the site you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

02Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, graphics, page design, engineering schematics, and code samples on this site are our copyright. You may browse and quote with attribution, but may not reproduce the site's content wholesale for commercial purposes without written permission.

Our open-source project open-multi-agent is not governed by these terms. It is licensed separately under the MIT license, and the LICENSE file in its repository controls.

03Nature of the AI readiness report

The AI readiness check on this site is generated automatically by a large language model from the questionnaire you fill in. It is not reviewed line by line by a human. It exists to help you form an initial view — it is not a deliverable.

• Any effort or budget range in the report is a rough estimate derived from the questionnaire. It is not a formal quotation and does not constitute an offer.
• Architecture suggestions, phasing, and risk notes are for reference only, and are not technical, legal, financial, or investment advice.
• Generated output may contain factual errors or may not fit your specific situation. Verify independently before making any decision based on it.
• The scope, price, delivery standards, and liabilities of any actual engagement are governed solely by a separate written contract signed by both parties.

04Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Attack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or its servers.
• Use automated tools to scrape content in bulk or call the readiness endpoint at high frequency. The endpoint enforces a daily call limit.
• Reverse-engineer the site or our services, or circumvent any technical restriction.
• Submit unlawful content, or anyone else's personal information or trade secrets — you must have the right to provide whatever you enter in the questionnaire.

05Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party sites including GitHub and Calendly. Those sites are controlled independently by their operators; we are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

06Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate, but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, nor that all information is current at any given moment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of the free content or the readiness check on this site. This does not affect liability allocations agreed in a separate written contract between us.
