Where your data goes,
and how long it stays

01Scope

This policy covers yuanasi.com and all of its subpages. Shenzhen YuanASI Technology Co., Ltd. is the data controller.

It does not cover our open-source project open-multi-agent. That framework is released under the MIT license and self-hosted by its users, so we never see any data flowing through it.

02What we collect

Information you submit (only when you use the AI readiness check):

• Questionnaire content: your industry, a free-text description of your business goal, existing systems, data-boundary requirements, technical team situation, and intended start date.
• When you unlock the full report: your name, company name, and one contact detail (email or phone — you choose which).

Information collected automatically:

• IP address: used only for rate limiting (a daily cap on API calls). It is held in process memory, cleared on restart, and never written to persistent storage.
• Usage analytics: page views, referrer, device and browser type, collected by the tools listed below.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect government ID, payment details, or precise location. Browsing the rest of the site — home, services, blog, FAQ — requires submitting nothing at all.

03How we use it

• To generate the AI readiness report you requested.
• To follow up on the need you described — only if you provided a contact detail.
• To understand site usage in aggregate and improve our content.
• To troubleshoot faults and prevent abuse of our endpoints.

We do not use your information for automated decisions that significantly affect you, do not sell or rent it to third parties for their own marketing, and do not publish what you describe in the questionnaire.

04Who receives it

To provide the service, the following third parties receive data. We share only the minimum each purpose requires:

Beyond the above, we disclose information only where law explicitly requires it.

05Storage and retention

• Reports and their underlying questionnaire content: automatically deleted 24 hours after generation.
• The name, company, and contact detail you give when unlocking a report: kept on our servers until you ask us to delete them.
• IP addresses: memory only, cleared on service restart.

Our servers are located in mainland China (Alibaba Cloud). All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.

06Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, copy, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent you previously gave. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

To exercise these rights, email co@YuanASI.com with the company name and contact detail you used when submitting, so we can locate the record. We respond within 15 working days.

07Cookies

The analytics tools listed above set cookies in your browser to distinguish sessions. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking of our own.

You can refuse or clear these cookies in your browser settings; the site and the readiness check will still work normally.

08Minors

This site serves business customers and is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

09Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we update the date at the top of this page. We suggest checking the current version before submitting information.
