The situation
You sit at the computer for hours a day, yet cannot say which apps and websites the time went to, let alone how to adjust.
Solution
Totals up time spent in each app and in the browser on the Mac and produces daily, weekly and monthly reports; AI gives personalized insights into how time is spent based on the usage data. Only category and duration totals are sent to the AI, with no URLs, domains or app names. Built natively for macOS.
