The situation

Apple Watch records heart rate variability and other data every day, but most people cannot read those numbers, nor do they know what to do when stress runs high.

Solution

Reads heart rate variability and other health data from Apple Watch to work out daily stress and recovery; an AI assistant uses that data to answer the user's questions with specific suggestions for adjustment. Built natively for iOS and Apple Watch, with read-only access to health data.
